Just to be clear I wasn't setting off on a justification of the lunacy of religion and the idea of judgement. I was actually just trying to understand the premise and then playing with it.
Maybe ants are judged - but none can ever fail - they do what they are supposed to do. You have to get to a certain level before you can fail.
Therefore - those masturbating dolphins are all in hell along with the vast majority of us and a few chimps.
Animals don't seem to have the notion of religion. How they would come to know the commandments seems like a bit of a mystery to me.
