Bibles in hotels are for those who need them period, there are many confirmed stories from people who were going to take their lives and didn't because they read a Bible in the room they planned on ending their life.
Just one example.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
