So to answer your 2nd question a 2nd time, yes I see problems with your first question. Your first premise I say is bullshit in my opinion. Your second premise is wrong because their job, government or not, is to teach the curriculum as far as I am aware(I was going to put, is it not, then question mark, but now I can save all that writing by just putting a question mark after aware. I have to say isn't english just so much fun, NOT.)?
Sort of off topic: Are premises still premises when you put a question mark at the end of a declarative statement?
