What's your definition of racist?
I don't think making a speculation on obvious patterns is racist.
Is it racist to talk about statistics concerning race?
Civilisation is measured by voluntarism. There is not much voluntarism in Africa with countless wars, gangs, militias and everything out to get an otherwise peaceful citizen.
The only freedom, is freedom from illusion.
