And those 3 billion people more than likely do not pray to God or even care if their is God. I seriously doubt that number to be any where correct, do you have proof?

I care and because I do it bothers you.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
