Yes, you ought to. However doesn't appear that the GOP is making any major strides in this area, hence my post.

And I think it's fairly obvious that any GOP "outreach" to Latinos is simply a shallow bid for votes and not because they actually care about the Hispanic community in any way. I'm sure after hearing comments like this the Latinos are well aware of what the GOP really thinks of them.
