Retribution for Slavery or Racism? Can this even be done?

It's a hard problem to resolve (understatement of the century). Given the predisposed notions of your average person, the biases that plague them and the ever-growing-lazy-give-me-selfish-irrational attitude of Americans in general, it looks to be an unlikely problem to resolve. We'll find resolution to racism as soon as we get everyone to agree on religion.

Time will resolve the issue.

One will have to wait for the biggoted generations to finaly die and meanwhile prevent them from making their agendas part of the social routine.

20 years ago political, social aswell as cultural interactions between Europeans were dominated by nationalistic stereotyps who wouldn`t stay in their 19th century graves. Today with a generation of people who can more easily cross borders than ever before this is finaly dying out.

I guess this will also work for the US.

And I guess since they're the ideas of the 19th century, they ought be wrong, yes?

I hope you are right. Although, there are still quite a few chaps around here that hate ALL Texans for being from a state that fostered certain individuals to do things they disagree with. not like that's indicative of any unjustified prejudice being harbored within our very own cyber-safe-haven for lucid thought!

I dont hate all Texans. I dont hate everyone living in what is considered to be "The South". Yet if they feel offended when I refer to their places as dumb and racist, I can only say that is not my biggotry but the behavior of the people in their state which made me jump to making such a statement.

Do you live there or have you ever been to the "south"?
