I do not think that. What I think is that the color of ones skin alone, and number of family members in a bloodline of a certain skin color, should not at all determine whether or not one is ENTITLED to anything. There are plenty of people of different skin color and heritage that don't get things handed to them and do not get the luxury of appealing to a national tragedy for shortcuts. If there is something that can be provided to an AMERICAN that would give them an opportunity they were not fortunate enough to be born with, skin color should not be any sort of additional qualifying criteria in order to be granted it. That's what I think.
