Well, it is like this my friend, and it has been like this for the most part of history, if you think you're entitled to something, you take it, you don't wait for it to be given to you, for usually, if you feel entitled to something, someone else thinks that way too.
Indeed, just crying and waiting for someone to give you a bottle is the way of a baby, and people who have a form of shared consciousness who do these(minorities, nations) only demonstrate their own weakness.
