Well, there are some errors with yours. First off, if they are getting away with it, it either means they've covered their tracks too well. As for the issue of slaves, there are no tracks to be covered, its simply plain open for everyone to see. Besides, there is the law that you can appeal to, again, to which court are the blacks to appeal to, and by whom is the outcome to be ratified?

If you demand retribution, you ought to take it. For no one is going to play the champion of another in the great game of nations.
