I mean, I could joke around too but I was kinda anticipating something to ponder about.
My answer was actually serious. I find very little in my life that I can be absolutely certain of, but thanks to evolution, I can be quite sure that a knife being inserted into my leg will cause me to experience pain.
I think that much of what we feel we are certain of is an illusion, but baser biologic reactions is not one of them.
