Australian election thoughts
#27
RE: Australian election thoughts
Bullshit they do. Their main policies page http://www.sexparty.org.au/policies.html

From their drug policy page (not the marijuana specific page) at http://www.sexparty.org.au/federal-drug-policy.html
Quote: Safe and Responsible Consumption:

1. Immediate cessation of the use of drug sniffer dogs in public.
2. Subsidised and high quality drug testing kits to be made available through pharmacies, age restricted premises and mobile distribution centres.
3. Laboratory quality drug testing stations to be provided at all music festivals and the like.
4. Legalise and increase the number of medically supervised injecting rooms.
5. Legalise the prescription of heroin to registered and habitual users.

...

Drug Testing:

Drug testing for employment only be used where there is an impairment that affects safety of self and others and that tolerances have established benchmarks similar to alcohol blood limit.

From their anti discrimination policy page http://www.sexparty.org.au/federal-equality-policy.html
Quote:
Anti-discrimination
Enact state and federal anti-discrimination laws making it unlawful to unfairly discriminate against people on the basis of profession, trade, occupation or calling

Issuing appropriate documents to sex and gender diverse people including the use of a person’s preferred title and pronouns on all records and the ability to change legal documentation such as birth certificates based on self-identification

Now you can't discriminate against a drugged up lawyer-cum-politician who insists that you call him "emperor von lord bishop (name) the IVth"
Quite frankly I want to be able to ban any and all slightly high (on prescribed heroin) lawyers or politicians from my (yet to be established) fine establishment, the prostitutes are fine, but the politicians would give the place a seedy feel.

Batshit insane statist libertine Cukooery.
Nemo me impune lacessit.
