I wanted to mention a very good youtube source for chess games. This is a master (I think) who explains in real time exactly what he thinks about his games while he's playing them. He makes chess seem so easy: "Well, my black bishop is strong so I'm going to try to exchange my knight for my opponent's black bishop. Look, he took it! Now I want to use my other knight to lure him into making holes for the bishop to attack the king." etc.
Brilliant stuff, and even though I could never beat him, I feel like I can really understand the ideas that he's talking about. Love this guy.
He also does 1-min games, which gives a chance to see the main ideas of a gazillion different games in a very short time.
