No idea since all I can do is speculate on how any gods should behave. When we say "why would an all powerful god" would do anything, we have in our mind's what we feel a god should be. Then we are almost as guilty as theists who have their own picture of their god in their mind.
Its all human invention, on both sides of the fence.
Well given that there are more planets in the universe then grains of sand on earth, I fail to see why a god would concern it self with the relations between mites on a grain of sand.
That's just what I think, as a mite on a grain of sand.
