Every once in a while I'll disappear but it's usually because I've lost interest posting here for a while or else I'm busy doing something else. My interests tend to revolve a bit and I'll post on several different forums at different times. If I wanted to post on all forums all the time I'd be on the internet all day long and wouldn't get anything else done.
