Iran`s new president Rouhani made a speach at the UN`s general assembly which suggests a change in Iranian foreign policy. A shift from the constant threats and offensive rethoric to a calm approach and reconsiliation.

Personaly I am still very skeptic and believe this move to be one out of desperation since the sanctions on Iran`s economy are being effective in crippeling the countries capabilities.

But still, the prospect of an Iran that is just a little less freaky is good one.
