Again the Garden of Eden was a preserve a sanctuary, that was created apart from the rest of the world It's sky could have very well have been vaulted. especially if science is correct is assuming that the earth was unlivable or most of it's existence.
God created a garden and covered it to protect everything in it till the rest of the planet matured.
