So, taking out the double negatives - Self righteous people who don't believe think they will get into heaven.
First problem - people who don't believe probably don't believe in heaven. How could those people think they are going to get into somewhere that doesn't exist?
Its a complete nonsense statement.

Jesus paid for sins - so go crazy - murder, rape, steal, cheat and never help anyone but no worries, those sins were paid for. As long as you do it in the name of Jesus you're fine.
