I don't like how the bible is used in court to swear oath, or the way the law is skewed toward religiously devout ppl. Italy has a lot of ongoing and residual mafia related issues. It can be hard to differentiate the issues because of the way they seem to amalgamate.
He would be classed as heretic because he isn't following the states accepted laws (that apparently operate under god's authority).
