If we do not believe it is because Allah makes us not believe. If we do not believe, THEN Allah makes you not believe? This verse makes no sense at all.

If Allah has the power to make all believe and does not exercise that power to make all men believe and be saved from eternal torment in Hell, Allah then is not as proclaimed, merciful, compassionate or good. The Quran then is self contradictory and false.
