Welcome!
Intimidating? I don't see how text & a screen name could be intimidating, personally. I've been labeled as intense by those who know me personally, however. In fact, it seems to be a universal claim by the women whom I've dated at one time.
Going for? Nah. I simply laid out that which I vehemently subscribe to & have adopted as my ideologies. Nothing more, nothing less.
Thank you for the welcoming, too!

Everyone has a right to defend themselves as they see fit. I'm not saying this would be a utopian world as a result (but it's possible). I am saying, however, that this is only fair.
Also, a lot of violent & criminal acts are committed because there is no fear of retaliation. My father worked in law enforcement for twenty-eight years; criminals know how to work the system. We have created a climate where victims are made criminals & criminals victims. If this weren't so & each person who was harmed had every right to defend themselves as they saw fit, I think it's safe to assume crime would not go up, but down!
