I think (speculate) that my self worth would be lessened if I engaged in sex for pleasure. I am not sure if it would, but I think it might... I think my self worth is higher (on an average) since I became a shrew, but there are certainly lows that may represent legitimate depression and honest lonesomeness... But I cannot bring myself to go and have a purposely frivolous sexual encounter (my friends call it a "slump buster") if only to band-aid loneliness as I think that is not a healthy or realistic solution...

Just a thought. I will consider trying it <shrug>.
