Except that I was addressing your desperate need to hold onto the idea that the mind is some extra, spiritual thing not connected to the brain, in spite of evidence to the contrary. I don't care about your claims of heaven or hell because, until you can show me anything other than old books and insipid personal feelings to verify them, I have no reason to believe they're there, any more than I would believe in the soul based on the fact that you can't divide things properly.

Before we go any further you and the guy who said that we are finite have to bring the evidence that we are finite.
When somebody say that God exist atheist say to bring evidence or shut up.
I say the same.
No evidence no existence of that thing.
All of the available evidence suggests that we do not persist after our death. Your claim is the one that flies in the face of the available science, and therefore you're the one who has to justify it.
But you won't, because you're enrico, and I'm convinced that you're just rolling your face over the keyboard, rather than thinking before you post.
