Let us say, for the sake of argument, that on average women 'think more emotionally' than men.
This does not mean that all women think less well than men or that all men think better than women. I strongly suspect you can't hold a candle to Marie Curie or Rosalind Franklin, or handle money or business as well as Sandra Peterson or Ellen Kullman.

You want to treat all women the same. Can you say 'stereotype'? Can you say 'discrimination'? Sure you can.

Yes, some women are clever than some men
but laws are not make to handle each case
Laws don't make the world perfect, so is human

even in the secular world, laws are formulated to handle the average conditions
