I, too, could eat anything I wanted for years and years and never put on a pound. Now I have to work my ass off to keep my weight right, since I am not willing to give up the wine and chocolate.

I know many people who are not particularly sorry for me, since I did have over 3 decades of consequence free pigging out. It was great.
