Seriously, John, that's a really crappy analogy. But yes, if someone, for some strange reason thought they needed one of their kidneys removed, then they should have the right to do it providing they had the money and could find a doctor willing to perform such a useless operation. Unless that kidney is going toward a transplant, I don't think any doctor would perform it and anyone asking for it would probably receive a mental health screening.
