Uh, I don't think so. Do you even know where the pituitary gland is located? You'd need a dick a meter long to reach anyone's pituitary gland whether through vaginal or anal sex. You might be able to reach the renal glands that way but forget about the pituitary, unless you meant by way of oral sex. Even then you'd need to be really stiff to get it through their thick skull.
