I live at the border of Arizona and Sonora, Mexico. I do half my daily activities in Mexico and half in US soil. It's like one town divided by a border check point, half of it American and half of it Mexican. I know it's two towns, but just trying to paint he picture.
Agree about the police . Our 2 cars had been stolen there in year 2009 , police didnt help . My uncle found one of them in a secluded neighborhood , and other one while waiting at traffic lights together the persons who stole the cars .
