I really don't give a damn if they do or not. The post in question was in response to this:

Denying a person their wage is theft.

The dictionary seems to agree that slaves are unpaid:

Slave noun \ˈslāv\
: someone who is legally owned by another person and is forced to work for that person without pay

If someone doesn't get paid, their pay cannot be withheld.

Most legal systems seem to differentiate between slavery and theft too. Funny that. If slavery is theft, why was the emancipation proclamation necessary?
