It is a man with concepts and ideas make the wars happen.
Some have a wooden statue being their God according to their thoughts, concepts and ideas.

So, when something bad is happening, it's all the man doing it, but when something good happens, it's the concept or idea that's responsible. Does that about sum up your stand?

Me, I don't buy it. If god is responsible for the good things men do, god also has to be responsible for the bad things men do. If god isn't responsible for the bad, he can't be responsible for the good, either. You can't have your cake and eat it, too.

God has given man a freedom of will. It's up to you to do a bad or a good thing.
As for the responsibility thing the fate of the humanity in the hands of God. No body foreseen the Chelyabinks meteor would fall down on Chelyabinks, and it's not even fell down on earth but exploded 20 km above. The scientists had had no clue it was approaching.
