Exactly right, which disrupts the religious apple cart and gives atheism an advantage in two ways: one, it means that social groups no longer have total control over the information that enters them, losing the echo chamber effect that has allowed religion to indoctrinate their children and strengthen the faith of their component members for so many years. Secondly, all this contradictory information masquerading as truth can prompt people to actually do some research and soul searching, rather than trusting their gut; at the very least, these contradictions showcase the useless nature of faith in determining one's view of the world.
