I'm endlessly fascinated by how religious dimwits seem to want to drag atheism down to their level. Unfortunately, this attempt doesn't really work out so well for you; if we take your (anemic, pointless) definition into account, all it means is that there is one rationally justified religion in atheism, and plenty of other ones that aren't. Yours wouldn't suddenly become any more true; it'd still be the same collection of just so stories, made to soothe simpletons over their fear of the unknown.
See, the court deciding something doesn't detract from the strengths of the atheist position, nor does it shore up the gaping weaknesses in christianity or any other religion; you've just defined it so that, for the first time in history, there is a correct religion.
