The major error, in my view, was using information gained through administration privilege to try and get one up on Jacob, for reasons that, again, imho, appear to have been nothing more than an attempt to gratify your own ego and followup your earlier complaints about him. That, I believe, is not a mistake that can be justified by any appeal to the rules.

That is your own view, but that is not the view of the staff team and I'm pretty confident that they know my reasons for doing this better than you do.
