Cherry picking? Me? That's unfair. '98 was the year you yourself were working off of, the year that you brought up in response to lemon sarcastically talking about the difference between cooling and warming (a different point to the one you rebutted with your graphs). I assure you, I plugged in all the data for 98-2012, and let the program do it's thing, no cropping off years to suit my agenda, I never included 2013 cause the data isn't in yet, have no idea how it would affect it.
Note the plural, graphs. The second graph "shows that surface warming didn't stop after 1998". It's hardly cherry picking for me to make the graph from the same start point now is it?
And besides, my one looks as warm-tastic as yours. Which was my other point that you ignored entirely, significance.

Surface warming did not stop in 1998. Below is a graph of the UAH satellite generated surface temperature record. It is compiled by Roy Spencer and John Christi. They are both well know climate change skeptics and their data is the most conservative of all the collections of temperature data. Since it is uses only satellite data it only looks at surface temperatures and does not include what is happening under the surface of the ocean. The ocean by the way is an important part of the climate.

As you can see on the graphs the trend line shows that surface warming didn’t stop after 1998.
