Yeah. I can agree that I have not met all the Christians nor have I met all the atheists in this world (so I can't assume that all the ones I meet offline will be logical/rational as I have tended to generalize). I haven't met every African American to know if any like fried chicken and waffles....from those I met none have, but from your statements, it would be OK if I made some ignorant statement that they do off the chance that there will be those that fit that stereotype.
Just like the burden of proof is on the religious to back their claims, so it is with those who makes generalizations as the OP.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
