I honestly get what your saying I wouldn't want you teaching my kid anything. That said if she decided to be an atheist or even a Muslim I'd let them go. Per the parable of the lost son. If your kid wanted to goto church would you allow him to go? Or does your open minded atheism quickly close when you are faced with a religion you do not like?

Will you oppress your own sons life if he does not choose what you want for him?

If I ever have a child they can be anything they want, they just better not be a Christian or a Moslem.
