Of course, in order to move all the energy/matter in the universe, he must be able to summon at least an equal amount of energy/matter in order to counter the existing energy/matter. This must surely be stored somewhere, perhaps in a special god cache, or a celestial basement (perhaps along with god's favourite freeze dried coffee). It would be interesting to know where god keeps his spare energy, just in case he fancies plugging the occasional supermassive black hole. In fact, if we could even take a peek at god's house it would be a start.
