No, in addition to the problems already mentioned, computers lack another key human component self awareness/reflection and ability to generalize patterns in novel situations to define goals/commands. That is the output for a computer doesn't become new input (normally) and computers need to define each new object in their environment (a box of Wheaties is different than a box of Special K, they are not both part of the set cereal).
