I can tell you how it must work. First it would be necessary to establish a temporary eugenics state, to breed individualistic people who will make good anarchists.

I'm not the first to say this: there is no "individualist" gene.

Then can the project of anarchy begin. Everyone must be armed with the beat weapons in order to defend this society.

Or themselves, because there will be no law to do that.

Everything will at first be based off a free-market communist system.

Free-market communism? Isn't that an oxymoron?

The first task this society must undertake is the aggressive suppression of nationalism. All other countries must be conquered & made to accept Western & anarchist values.
