I can tell you how it must work. First it would be necessary to establish a temporary eugenics state, to breed individualistic people who will make good anarchists. Then can the project of anarchy begin. Everyone must be armed with the beat weapons in order to defend this society. Everything will at first be based off a free-market communist system. Over time the market will be abolished in favor of cooperative economics. The first task this society must undertake is the aggressive suppression of nationalism. All other countries must be conquered & made to accept Western & anarchist values. Only once the world has been made into a anarchist confederation can the project truly be considered completed.

Taking this in the order you presented it, a couple of questions.

First we must breed highly individualistic people. But then how do you force a single political philosophy upon such a group of individualists without many of them rejecting it? You would in fact need the exact opposite, blind followers, to accept one philosophy and carry it with such momentum to change the world.

How do you force anarchy upon someone anyways? Forcing anarchy upon people seems contrary to the idea of anarchism.

Also, all nationalism boils down to is basically excessive pride and unquestioning support of one's own country. And though you say you detest nationalism, you seem to be advocating for a kind of nationalist attitude for this anarchist confederation. That the people in this confederation should believe in it so much that they will blindly conquer the world for it, and those that are conquered by it, should then passively submit to it.

It is not nationalism because the Anarchist Confederacy must span the world. Therefore it is the opposite if nationalism.

I suspect that all individualistic people will support whatever system best allows them to express their individuality. Anarchism is this system. They will of course all have different interests, fetishes, tastes & stuff, but anarchism is the only system that will allow them to express this.
