This kind of double dipping bullshit is a really potent argument for getting everything very stiffly defined in writing before you start dumping your baby batter in someone you don't have any intention of parenting with.
I actually have a contract where the non birth mother of the two indemnifies me against any child support so even if I am declared liable by a court then I can claim against her.
I'd still be careful, your not just talking about court, your talking family court. And family court has a way of making men pay even when it seems illegal and unfair. Men pay child support for children they found out after the divorce were never theirs to begin with, so I wouldn't put much trust in the letter of the law there.
And this article with the craigslist sperm donor shows the double standard with men and women in family court. You would never EVER see the state try and force a surrogate mother pay child support to one of the parents that adopted the baby. EVER. Can you imagine the shit storm that would brew up if they tried forcing a surrogate mother to pay child support?
As far as criticizing feminism, I see nothing wrong with it. Your allowed to criticize any other philosophy or idea, why shouldn't you be allowed to criticize feminism as well? I don't tend to agree with feminism, not because I think it's hostile towards men but because I don't believe it is a movement that understands men and knows how to adequately defend them.
