You don't seem to understand Christianity very well if this is what you truly think.
I read so many people saying that forcing themselves to believe because they are fearful of hell is making them depressed. Maybe their version of Christianity is different to yours, or perhaps they don't have the ability to just accept that everything that their particular church tells them is true.
From a Christian source* : 70% of pastors are fighting depression and 1,500 pastors walk away from ministry every month because of moral failure, burnout, conflict, discouragement or depression.
I'd expect if there was a God and he wanted pastors to spread his word he'd help them a bit, not make them miserable.
