From all the people who have actually died and come back to tell us what it was like...wait, no such person exists. They're called near death experiences for a reason.
And guess what ikind of NDE's Hindus report.

And obviously you did not use that handy WikiHow guide I linked you to that explained how to evaluate whether a source was reliable.
Why would soooo many people lie, they're not all making money off of this.
People can honestly believe things that aren't true. People can have experiences that aren't actually happening outside their own heads. Arguably, none of our experiences are happening outsdie of our own heads, because all of our experiences are interpretations generated by our brains. No lying necessary.

I've spoken in tongues during church, too. I still can, if I want. It's just babbling.

It's the same as the fans of famous bands and singers becoming hysterical at the mere sight of their heroes.
That was easy.
So there happens to be like two dozen crazy people in my town of like 11,000?
I'm sure it's more than that, but crazy is not what's going on with glossalalia. It has more to do with social pressure.

It's not a mistake in that sense. They've been told that if they open their mouths and let whatever comes to them fall out, it will be God speaking through them. The mistake was believing the person who told them that.
