If you say repeatedly "God make me relax" ,  "God make me fresh" or "God bless me" you ll see relaxing according your level of  pray acceptency. 
And if 50 of you say repeatedly "God make us relax.", "God make us fresh" or "God bless us"" you'll see relaxing. Finally if you say repeatedly  "God make all human relax" , "God make all people fresh"" or "God bless us" you ll see the effect. You can try another example of prays.

These are proofs of  the God existence.

These are proofs of  the God existence.

There was a study where the subjects' blood pressure was checked and then they sat stroking a cat for five minutes. When the b/p was rechecked it was about 20 points lower. The efficacy of using cats to lower blood pressure was thus proven.

That's just repeating a mantra until you feel relaxed. You can do that with anything. It doesn't prove any gods. It's just clearing your thoughts of other things, which settles you down.
