While using the appendix as an example of unintelligent design is incorrect, which I have pointed out before on this forum, there are plenty of others.
One that plagues huge numbers of humans is lower back pain from our upright walking.
The best position that a human can get into in order to relieve lower back pain is on your hands and knees, all fours so to speak. This shows how our back is a relic and a badly modified adaptation from an animal that recently evolved from walking on all four limbs to balancing on our hind legs.
A large tail with a forward slanting stance would help correct this very poor design considerably. Like a T-Rex.
