Sorry to find this funny, but it's really so comically cute in an unintentional way.
CBT = Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I know this not because of a simple Google search, which returns the answer at the head of its first page of similar results (perhaps you ought to try it sometime), but because I was made to undergo a course of it immediately after losing my Princess once it became clear that my depression was becoming acute. It didn't help, if anything made things worse, and I've since been advised by people including a clinical psychologist that CBT isn't an appropriate course of therapy for my situation.
Ok. I have heard of it and have considered it, but my insurance doesn't cover it, so I wasn't as motivated to pursue it as I would be. Sorry to hear of your situation.
