You've got to stop thinking about so much existential shit man. I use to suffer from depression many many years ago. I found the most important thing was finding the self-discipline to regulate my thoughts. If you're going to be beat your depression (and it CAN be done) you cannot EVER entertain even the smallest little thoughts of existential ideas. Every time one would wander into my head I would immediately recognize it as a problem and put my mind to something else. Contemplating your own existence when already in a fragile state of mind is a terrible thing to do. Learn to discipline your mind and in the process adopt Frodo's plan: throw yourself into as many projects as you can handle.
I haven't had any depression issues for many years now and I don't even have to ignore the existential thoughts anymore. Sounds to me like your mind just needs a good dose of discipline.
