Jesus predicted His death and resurrection while He was alive. He tomb was empty on three days after His death. He appeared to His disciples. These men's lives were changed and God used them to change the world. Paul and 500 others have seen the risen Christ. The early church grew greatly even with terrible persecution speaks of the power of this Truth. Greatest evidence is the transformation of millions of lives of born again believers.
You cannot accurately describe something as a prediction if the event was in the past. All of your 'predictions' were history, real or not, when the Gospels were written.
Now, let's quickly explore a prediction that didn't happen....the return of Christ. Even a casual reading of scripture reveals that Jesus was to have returned in short order, but it didn't happen or it went unnoticed. Sometimes you have to eat desert and admit to yourself that your date isn't going to show up.
