I'm not talking about atheism in general, I'm referring to the activists. For instance, saying you believe in God doesn't make you religious, your actions show whether you are or not.
Atheism is not a religion in and of itself, but atheist activists forming an organization to push their agenda can be debated to be.
So there is no "fallacy of composition"
