They are getting more clever with there ideas..

We know there's "some" kind of relationship between a galaxy's blackhole and its size. You know, the "blackhole" where time is theorized to STOP at the event horizon. Is it possible, the FURTHER away you get from a blackhole, the faster time runs?..."
